Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Our preferred carriers are USPS and FedEx
  • We offer flat rate shipping options, Ground and Expedited. 
  • Free Ground shipping is available for all domestic orders over $200. *Excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally outside of the United States.
  • International shipping rates are based off of market conditions and reflecting the carriers rates. 
  • If there are taxes associated with the shipment or delivery, you as the customer are responsible for covering the expense, including VAT. 
  • Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on international orders.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your order's progress through the carriers website or our order tracking portal. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team at support@forrestersouterwear.com. We will work alongside you and the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible. 

Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. 
  • If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, the package is no longer in our possession. We will work alongside you and the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.
