Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order ships. If you did not receive an automated tracking number, our support team is happy to assist. 

Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Our preferred carriers are USPS and FedEx
  • We offer flat rate shipping options, Ground and Expedited. 
  • Free Ground shipping is available for all domestic orders over $200. *Excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unworn and have all original tags attached.

 Product Sizing & Fit

  • If you have any questions on sizing and fit, please refer to the size caddie on the product detail page.
  • After reviewing the size caddie and you still have questions, please contact us via phone or email. We are happy to point you in the direction that we feel most confident.

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry or hang dry
  • Do not dry clean.
